MovingKey (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates http://www.movingkey.com (the
“Site”) and the software application MovingKey (“Application”, “App”, or “Service”) for
mobile devices. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and
disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site or App.
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site and App. By
using the Site or App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance

Information Collection And Use
While using our Site or App, we may ask you to provide us with certain

as your gender, birthday, email, and locational information (“Personal
Information”).

The App deals with location, so in order to work, the App needs to know your
location. Whenever you open and use/interact with our App on your mobile device or go to
one of our Sites, we use the location information from your mobile device or browser
(e.g., latitude and longitude) to tailor the Services experience to your current
location (i.e., we will show you a list of nearby locations with available services and
tips.) This information is NOT shared with others, unless the user opts to share it with
their friends or peers. Also, the Services can use your mobile device’s ‘background
location’ to provide the Services, including to send you notifications of friends, tips,
interesting things etc. near you. If you have ‘background location’ turned on, the App
will, from time to time, tell us about your device’s location even if you are not
directly interacting with the Application.
Communications
We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters,
marketing or promotional materials and other information that pertain to our Site and
App.

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous
unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser or mobile device from a web site and
